CONGRATULATIONS to the members of the Stars Musical Theatre Company at Center Stage!

For some, like Olivia, Emery, & Sophia P, it will be their first time on the team.  They came to the studio to WORK, and in just ONE audition prep session, NAILED their audition.

For others, they are returning for another stellar competition year, so we had to “brush up” on their technique and add a little “flare” to their audition.

We are so excited for each and every one of of these students and thrilled to have a been a part of their audition journey.

What many people don’t realize is Phyllis & Friends Singing Lessons works with adults. You are never too old to give singing a try!

A fine example is Tammi.  She was a long time student of Phyllis’ and recently returned to the studio for an audition prep session.  The audition required a monologue and two a cappella song selections which the theatre provided.  We spent an hour working through all the material (including a monologue hand selected by Phyllis) and she left with a well prepared package for the audition.

We are thrilled to CONGRATULATE Tammi on being cast in ‘The Marvelous Wonderettes’ at Ascension Community Theatre.

Also, lovely to see former student Jamie on the cast list.  Once in the studio family, always in the studio family.
